At 53 Degrees North, we want to ensure your outdoor gear is a perfect fit for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns page to generate a unique RMA number and printable shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unused, and with tags attached, then secure them in the original shipping packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or bring it to one of our physical retail stores for an immediate exchange.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
